What is this?

Support Built Around Recovery

The baby has arrived. Now who takes care of you?

Non-clinical postpartum support means someone dependable is in your home doing the things that make recovery possible: holding the baby so you can sleep, keeping the kitchen moving, steadying the routine, and paying attention to how you are actually doing.

Support is scheduled in daytime, evening, or overnight blocks and adjusted as the weeks progress.

A Clear Picture of the Early Months

Families do better when they know roughly what is coming. Here is how support usually maps onto the postpartum period.

  1. 01

    Week 1–2

Rest protection, feeding routines, and household stabilization.

  2. 02

    Week 3–6

Predictable daily rhythm, sibling adjustment, and partner handoffs.

  3. 03

    Week 6–12

Return-to-work planning, longer sleep stretches, and lighter support.

  4. 04

    Beyond

Ongoing family support or a planned, unhurried step down.
